Franchise agreements are generally valid for a given time and can be extended. Franchisor conducts its trade activities adherent to Franchisor’s conditions.
Registration
- The structure of Franchise can be Sole Trader, Partnership, or Limited Company. Necessary registration procedures are conducted in regard to chosen business type.
- A Franchise Agreement between the Franchisor and Franchisee should be prepared.
