Stock-Joint Company

The company capital is divided into shares and is limited to capital share which shareholders have undertaken the liability and is paid by shareholders. Stock-joint companies are established with at least one shareholder (natural or legal person) and the minimum capital requirement is 50.000 TL. General Assembly and Administrative Board is necessary body for joint-stock companies.
